When Paul’s technicians finished the job it actually looked better than when it was originally installed. The price was very fair, and Paul and his technicians are knowledgeable and experienced.  

Aldayna Maintenance has done excellent work for us. They have preformed work in the majority of our properties. The Guys had no problem working around our schedule. Our floors are in a very high traffic area and in poor condition. Aldayna Maintenance restored them back to looking brand new.  

I purchased a large home which had five rooms plus of white marble tile which was worn, stained and had dirty grout lines and numerous high spots. Aldayna’s professional and dependable crew took their time moving furniture, grinding, cleaning, rinsing and polishing and 3 days later when all was done we had a new and highly polished sparkling marble floor we can now be proud of. Additionally they cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even there.

We have used this company at our home as well as our office bldg. Paul is great, when I call he keeps his appointments and his workers are very respectful and efficient. If there is a problem with something it is taken care of immediately! Great doing business with them. I’m very satisfied.

Aldayna Maintenance, Inc. completed a gorgeous job polishing and sealing four floors and four bathrooms in my very large home in Warren. This very professional job was done on time with a minimal amount of dirt. They were very careful when they honed, polished and sealed a room by putting up plastic to protect other parts of the house. The end result was marble that looked brand new again.

I recently had Aldayna Maintenance do some grout repairs and polish and seal my marble floors.  The work they did was excellent.  The repairs were completed perfectly, and much to my surprise a marble floor that was 20 years old was brought back to life with a beautiful shine. To top that, all of the workers were pleasant and professional.  They left my home in immaculate condition.  I would not hesitate to recommend Aldayna.

We installed a new granite counter a few years ago which began to look dull. I’m very pleased to say after Aldayna Maintenance finished restoring our counter how beautiful it looks. The technicians were very polite and informative.

These are skilled craftsmen that truly know their trade. They spent half a day just moving furniture and taping plastic on my moulding and walls. They scrubbed on their hands and knees and took out every stain from my marble and grout. I would definitely recommend them, and the price was very fair.
